Mr. Saif Ahmed Belhasa, Chairman, Saif Belhasa Group congratulated the players and praised their efforts for being the best and showing excellent performance winning the most prestigious Presidents Cup 2007 and Etisalat League Cup.

This was the first time in the President's Cup 32-year history that the two clubs faced each other in the finals. Al Wasl crushed Dubai Club by 6-2 to win the Etisalat UAE First Division League Crown. They had won the President’s Cup, beating Al Ain by 4-1.
